In this role, you'll work directly with individuals across Cape Cod by providing: 💙 Harm reduction services 💙 HIV, Hepatitis C & STI screening 💙 Overdose prevention education and Naloxone (NARCAN) training 💙 PrEP & PEP navigation 💙 Community outreach 💙 Linkage to healthcare and supportive services
