Director of Finance & Accounting AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod (ASGCC) is seeking an experienced, hands-on financial leader to join our team and help support the organization as we continue building a strong financial foundation for the future.The Director of Finance & Accounting will lead day-to-day financial operations and serve as the organization’s senior internal finance leader, working closely with the CEO and Fractional CFO. This role will help lead: · Accounting operations and general ledger · Grant accounting and reimbursement · Budget management and financial reporting · Financial systems, coding, and process improvement · Internal controls, policies, and procedures · Audit, tax, banking, insurance, and 340B financial support · Financial guidance and collaboration across the organization Things to know: · This Full-time position will be located in either in our Hyannis or Provincetown locations · On-site work is required; remote work may be available on occasion · Salary Range is $70,000 to $90,000; actual salary will commensurate with candidate’s experience
